Hello, I want to share my bad experience with 1win casino so far.
I made an account in may and deposited 500$, after some lucky accumulator and single bets I made more than 3000$ profit. I really liked casino at first, sportsbook is great and there are a lot slots options. But when I wanted to withdraw problems started. First thing was that I can’t receive code for withdrawal on my email because it is Proton.me(somehow they can’t send to this email provider)and agent said I need to change it. So I made an request to change my email address to Gmail one.
Agent said it will be done in 24h. 10 days passed by and nothing happened. I wrote few times on live chat, but all I got was generic answers that everything is fine and to be patient. Than I wrote to email support, and they said I need to do KYC. I sent all my documents same day and got answer that they are checking my gaming account and will get answer in 14-30 days.It is obvious they are procastinating because I won money. I have no idea why are they checking my account and why is is taking so long, I asked but got no answer. Their email support just don’t care about players. More than 20 days already passed and I didn’t get any answers, I even wrote 2 more emails asking for updates. I didn’t do anything wrong so I hope we can resolve this and make it right. I will keep updating this post if there is progress, I hope after 30 days pass I will be able to withdraw my funds.
